RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your feedback is of great importance to us! In case you are not happy with your item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it at Hello@olivia-joseph.com. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately sale and customised items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds are only acceptable if your item is unused and returned in the same conditions of delivery including original package to preserve a secure shipping. Unfortunately we are unable to cover shipping costs for items returned unless they are faulty of being damaged in transit. In that case please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving it. It is important to take photos of the damaged goods and to attach these in your email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card within 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company and bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Olivia Joseph ceramics are completely handmade by the maker herself with no single item exactly similar to the other. This is why you may find imperfections left by the making process. We hope you agree that this adds to their uniqueness and charm.
